At our first consultation, we will meet you at your current home to walk through the property, take detailed notes on your home’s features, and most importantly, sit down to hear about your real estate goals. This is an important opportunity for us to gain a deeper understanding of what is and isn’t working for you in your current home and neighborhood, your timeline, and other preferences so we can advise you with next-steps that will help you achieve the most successful outcomes.

Pre-listing Preparation

It takes a Buyer 7 seconds to form a lasting impression on your home. In that 7 seconds, a Buyer will either connect with or disconnect from your home. That is how quickly Buyers decide whether your property “feels like home.”
This is why it's so important for us to organize and prepare your home in a way that commands the most attention from Buyers. We will then prepare a Pricing Strategy and Marketing Plan that sets you up for maximum market exposures and sets you up for success.


Listing Launch

Once we go live, we will keep you updated on feedback from Buyers and Agents that tour your property. Once we receive an offer and come to an agreement on the terms that protect your best interests, we are officially under contract! From here, we will manage the process from Contract to Close, staying in close contact with the Buyers and their Agent to make sure that it goes as seamlessly as possible.
